Holiday Cocktails

Now that the Holiday season is here, you know we love to serve seasonal cocktails! Last year, we shared the Zombie Blood, with Key Lime Liqueur, and the What Lies Beneath, a blue curacao cocktail, so we wanted a fun pumpkin one, too! Because we all know that pumpkin is super seasonal, right?!

Only 4 ingredients, a few shakes, and pour! That’s all there is to this cocktail! Doesn’t get much easier!

This cocktail was just the right amount of pumpkin, of caramel, creaminess, and when they were combined, this is a heavenly sip that you can enjoy all fall long!

In this cocktail we used our homemade Caramel Vodka with a little salt added. And then the delicious Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, a dash more vodka and then allspice dram for a great spiced up Pumpkin Salted Caramel Martini!

This is the perfect cocktail to be sipping around your fire pit outside and enjoying the cooler fall air. You can also use store bought Salted Caramel vodka instead of the homemade version we used, it just won’t be as creamy, but just as tasty!

Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur

This liqueur is lovely and uses Austria-Belgian chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin juice, chili spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, and West African cocoa beans. These flavors combine to make a sweet and spicy treat that is so fun to use, especially in fall cocktails. We used it in this Pumpkin Patch Cocktail, Halloween Pumpkin Cocktail, and this Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Bourbon Cocktail.

It’s important to use a good vodka, too. Even with rich liqueurs in this recipe, you will still taste the vodka. Don’t use a bottom shelf vodka. I mean, that’s for any vodka cocktail that we make.

This Pumpkin Salted Caramel Martini is a scrumptious drink with sweet and salty flavors. This drink is definitely for anyone who loves martinis, loves dessert cocktails and loves creamy texture in their boozy drinks.

Again, we used our homemade Caramel Vodka for this, added a dash of salt, and then the Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur. To this, more vodka to amp up the booziness, and some allspice dram. What is allspice dram you ask? It’s an allspice liqueur, along with some other spices, that is used in a lot of tiki and tropical drinks, but adds a whole other level of spiciness to this cocktail. We also have a homemade allspice dram recipe, but you can buy it at the store, too.

Tips for this Pumpkin Salted Caramel Martini

  • Chill the cocktail glass before shaking to make sure your drink stays cold.
  • We garnished this with a simple marshmallow, but feel free to add whipped cream right before serving if you want more of that dessert feel to this martini.
  • You can make a pitcher of these Pumpkin Salted Caramel Martinis ahead of time, just make sure to store in the fridge, but then make sure to stir the pitcher and then shake each drink with ice before serving.
  • Try another fall flavored drink with this Pumpkin Spice Cocktail from our friend Meghan!
