Last Updated on December 19, 2024 by Leah Hall

This Non-Alcoholic Spritz is full of fresh and tropical flavor from pineapple, grenadine and ginger ale! Make this fun zero proof spritz anytime.

This simple Non-Alcoholic Spritz is a great zero proof option if you don’t feel like drinking, or if you just want a refreshing bubbly sip! In the same vein as a wine-based cocktail, we wanted some fun flavors that are bright and rich. A classic spritz is of course a base spirit, sweetener, juice and then the bubbly component. Try some other great zero proof cocktails like our Maple Mocktail, Sparkling Pine Cranberry Mocktail and Citrus Fizz.

In this case for non-alcoholic drinks, you can use wine alternatives or non-alcoholic beverages. But, we wanted to make a juice based tropical drink instead. Try our Grapefruit Ginger Fizz or Sparkling Tropical Mocktail, too!

Non-Alcoholic Spritz

We started with the base of pineapple juice for tropical vibes, and then added in some grenadine for sweetness. We then added ginger ale for the bite of flavor from the ginger. We wanted more of a bite though, so we added a dash of apple cider vinegar for sourness and extra layers of flavor.

The ginger ale did add bubbles, but we wanted more, so we added some club soda as well.

Tips & Tricks

  • Garnish – a garnish always makes alcohol-free beverages even more special. Feel free to add an orange slice, rosemary sprig, cherry or slice of pineapple! Try our Non-Alcoholic Cider Drink or Sparkling Grape Lemonade, too!
  • Glassware – a large wine glass is always a good choice for a spritz, with ice or without.
  • Bubbles – we used ginger ale and soda water, but feel free to use a non-alcoholic Prosecco if you would like the dryness from it. You may just have to add a dash more grenadine.
