This sparkling mocktail makes for a great seasonal cider drink!

We have to be honest, this is really the first mocktail that we have put on the blog. Non-Alcoholic and low abv (alcohol by volume) cocktails are really making waves in the cocktail world, and we know we need to make the switch to offer people options!

While we ourselves don’t drink non alcoholic cocktails very often, we love to give friends the option! Everyone deserves a pretty drink to sip on at an event, and be taken care of the same way as those who are imbibing. Here is another non-alcoholic Apple Cider Sangria Cocktail from our friend at Entirely Elizabeth!

Mocktails can be treated with the same respect that cocktails are, just minus the alcohol.

What Ingredients are Needed for the Cider Drink?

If you are one who doesn’t drink at all, or are doing a challenge like Dry January, or even pregnant and can’t drink, we want to make sure to offer options for those things as well. So, we came up with this cider drink!

We do like a refreshing cider drink in the fall, and this one seemed to fit the bill for a non alcoholic cocktail recipe! So, we combined apple cider with a little sugar, rosemary and ginger, to make a simple syrup. And, we kept this cider recipe super simple by adding some lemon juice and then club soda.

Perfect for fall, or really any time of year, this non alcoholic cider drink is flavorful and has a bit of a bite with the ginger, which makes it definitely feel like autumn in a glass!
