What is a Spritzer Drink?
A spritzer is an iced beverage made with sparkling tonic or soda water. A spritzer can be made with or without alcohol.
We want our mocktails to be as nice as the cocktails that we serve in our home, too! This is an easy 3 ingredients and perfect for everyone!
Lemon Non Alcoholic Spritzer
This refreshing Lemon Non Alcoholic Spritzer is full of fantastic and easy flavors. Fresh squeezed lemon juice combines with agave nectar for some light sweetness. These simple ingredients are combined with a bit of effervescence with club soda or tonic.
It’s a great way to cool off when it is hot outside or really any time of year if you want a great sour sip!
Non Alcoholic Spritzer Serving Tips
- A spritzer is great served in a wine glass or a tall stemmed glass of any sort, usually over ice.
- Feel free to add your favorite mixer. Club soda, tonic, sparkling water are all great choices. Feel free to add fresh slices of citrus, too!
- You can experiment with this recipe, too. Feel free to sub the agave nectar with flavored simple syrups: mint, rosemary, basil, etc.
If you’re interested in an alcoholic version of this lemon spritzer, add an ounce to an ounce and a half of whatever liquor suits you: gin or vodka is preferred.

can I use honey instead of agave syrup?

You sure could. It just may be a little sweeter than the agave syrup, so I would use a little less than the recipe calls for. Cheers! Leah
