When you start thinking about refreshing drinks to serve at your Easter brunch, what is the first thing you think of? For us, there is no celebration without a glass of bubbly. We will talk more below about some different sparkling wines you can use, but for this list we have them all, but Champagne is the focus!

Champagne vs Prosecco
Now, Champagne can only be called champagne if it is from the Champagne region in France. Prosecco is made in the Veneto region, Italy. Cava is a Spanish wine. These are all great choices, and we have all 3 on our list. But, we focus on champagne in this post if and when we can, and champagne can be a great sub for the Prosecco.
Sparkling wine is an interesting addition to any cocktail, especially for Easter celebrations and holiday brunch cocktails!
