And this Strawberry Liqueur is perfect. It’s not too sweet, which makes it a delicious after dinner liqueur. It’s delicious served over ice, too! Plus, it has adorable tiny strawberries in it. How can it be bad?

Wild Miniature Strawberry Liqueur

This Bepi Tosolini Fragola is an all-natural infusion and distillate of wild strawberries. It has been infused in grappa for over 2 weeks post harvest, and each bottle is hand filled with semi-candied miniature strawberries.

The taste is naturally sweet with ripe strawberry notes. No artificial smell, preservatives or coloring. Sounds like a winner to me!

Bepi Tosolini

Bepi Tosolini was created when Bepi Tosolini founded his first distillery on the simple family tradition of grappa production. During the 1950’s, he built a new distillery and the largest grappa cellar in Italy. Bepi’s wife, Giovanna, managed production in the distillery, while Bepi travelled Italy to present his grappa.

Untiring and determined, he conquered the market in just a few years. Giovanni, Bepi’s eldest son, followed in his footsteps, and kept the philosophy, tradition, and production style of his father.
Now, in its third generation, Bepi Tosolini’s grandchildren work to continue the family legacy. Bepi Tosolini’s production, aging, and refining method has remained unaltered.

They also make an amaretto, amaro, coffee liqueur and a lemon liqueur. I would encourage you to try any of them, or all of them!

Strawberry Cocktail

When we started working on this cocktail, we knew we wanted to use gin, as strawberry and the floral notes of gin go really well together. We recommend you using a floral gin, as opposed to a citrus gin, but the citrus was nice, as well, but we wanted the floral to stand out!

The reason we wanted this to stand out, was because the Fragola Strawberry Liqueur is really not very sweet. But, has a lot of great berry flavor and a slight sweetness to it. So to add in the sweet we thought of elderflower liqueur.

The elderflower liqueur adds a flowery, honey note that compliments the strawberries incredibly well. It also brings out the floral in the gin. So, we knew we had a winner already.

Then, we added a little lime juice in for acidity and tartness. We topped everything with some bitters, because as we all know, bitters are the salt and pepper of the cocktail world! So, we hope you try out this great fresh cocktail and pick up a bottle of the Bepi Tosolini Fragola Liqueur. It’s such a great addition to your home bar!
