This gin champagne cocktail is a great drink to serve whatever your plans are. Flavored with raspberry and rose, this is light and tasty but so easy to make!
This cocktail it is a gorgeous pink from the rose and raspberry syrups, then you add lemon and gin. To top it, add some rose champagne or sparkling rose grape juice, it is sure to impress. Totally up to you on whether you use the grape juice or champagne, just depends if you want it boozier or not.
The champagne will make it drier than the juice for sure, so that may be a consideration for you as well. Either way you go, it’s a tasty treat!
Us, yeah, we’re boring grown ups who don’t party on New Year’s Eve. At least not usually, we are homebodies on that night. I can’t be bothered with the crazy crowds, the hassle of finding a baby sitter, and well, home is warmer. We sound so lame, but we will be surely be drinking one of these!
