With just 4 simple ingredients, and a little time to make a lavender honey syrup, you have a great summer cocktail recipe!
We love using Lavender in cocktails, and we just se-shot our Lavender Bees Knees cocktail, so had some left over lavender honey syrup. So, we wanted some of the flavors of the bees knees, gin, lavender honey and lemon. But, we added some berries to the mix and had a whole new cocktail!

Lavender is a floral herb that has a lot of uses in cocktails. Try some of our best lavender cocktails like our Lavender Margarita, or Blackberry Lavender Gin Sour. This Lavender Syrup Cocktail is aromatic and so tasty! Make this delicious recipe for summer happy hour.
Lavender Syrup
In this case, we used our Lavender Honey Syrup from our Lavender Bees Knees that uses half sugar and half honey. This lends so much flavor to the syrup and we hope you try the Bees Knees, too!
This combo of lavender and honey worked really well with the fresh strawberries, too!
Tips & Tricks
- Gin – we used the Fid Street Gin that we brought home from Hawaii, but any London Dry Gin will work great in this recipe.
- Garnish – we used some basil leaves, but a strawberry slice, dried lavender, lemon slice or lemon zest will work great in this.
- Glass – we love a cocktail coupe, of course. A coupe glass is great for opening up the cocktails’ scent.
Cheers!
