tLike a liquid creamsicle popsicle, this is the adult version as an orange dreamsicle drink!
Here’s an adult twist on the classic Dreamsicle popsicle you remember as a kid. And, if you don’t remember that, well, you will still love this one! Try orange juice in our Citrus Fizz, too!

One of Mr. Nom’s favorite childhood treats was the orange dreamsicle, that wonderful icy treat. It combined an orange popsicle with creamy vanilla ice cream that made for a perfect if somewhat sticky summer treat. This cocktail takes that wonderful treat and puts an adult spin on it, plus the drink is significantly less sticky, even with simple syrup.
What Ingredients are Needed for the Creamsicle Drink?
- Vanilla Extract
- Simple Syrup
- Orange Juice
- Sparkling Water
If you skip the vodka, it makes a drink similar to an Orange Julius, so this could be a nice “kid’s” cocktail as well! This drink was a great dessert or perfect to beat the heat on a warm summer night.
