A beautiful Grapefruit Gin Martini Recipe with a dash of salt! Perfect for happy hour all year long.
With all the beautiful citrus available in the winter, we always find new ways to use it. But, luckily the drinks that we end up with have some beautiful colors, which look as amazing as they taste. Hopefully you will like these pink drinks, too! The Grapefruit Gin Martini uses fresh grapefruit juice and rosemary to pair up with gin for a refreshing cocktail. Try some other grapefruit cocktails, like a Grapefruit Margarita, Pink Pear, Grapefruit Smoked Salt London Mule or Rosada, too!

Grapefruit Gin Martini
A dash of salt helps to block the bitter notes in the grapefruit juice and enhance the complex flavors of the gin. We used Monkey 47, a dry gin from the Black Forest region of Germany, which is a fantastic and flavorful gin that stood up well to the strong flavors of the grapefruit. Like in our Rio Rose.

The honey syrup provides a rich smoothness and a sweetness that makes this grapefruit martini recipe exceptionally drinkable. Sweet and bright, with a bit of a briny flavor from the salt, this grapefruit gin martini recipe is like a boozy brûléed grapefruit in a glass. If you love the combination of rosemary, gin and grapefruit, try out our Rosemary Grapefruit Moscow Mule!

Tips & Tricks
- Glassware – a coupe or martini glass are the classic choice. Make sure to chill your glass so it stays cold!
- Garnish – we just used a rosemary sprig, but a slice of grapefruit or grapefruit peel, or grapefruit zest grated on the top.

Cheers!
