Tea Inspired Cocktail
If you’re looking for tea inspired new cocktails, this one is for you. We love Earl Grey syrup in drinks, it adds layers of flavor. In this case, we are using cool steeped Earl Grey, (we used loose leaf tea) with a subtle citrus scent. The Earl Grey brings a complexity that balances with fresh lemon juice and a touch of sweetness.
The first sip is light but layered with citrus up first, a bergamot from the tea in the middle, and finishes with botanicals from the gin. It’s one of those gin cocktails that manages to feel both familiar and exciting, and perfect for impressing guests or just treating yourself!
Whether you are a tea lover, a gin enthusiast, or searching for your next signature drink, this Earl Grey Gin Cocktail is the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort. We even love Earl Grey in desserts, like our Earl Grey Pot de Creme.
Tips & Tricks
- Glassware – a highball glass or tumbler is great for this one. But, if you prefer a double rocks glass works, too!
- Garnish – lemon slice or lemon twist, sprig of mint or orange twist is perfect!
So steep, shake, and sip, and your afternoon got more elegant.
Cheers!
