Sunday Sipper – Magic Mushroom Cocktail

Last Updated on

A part of our #sundaysipper series on Instagram, this Magic Mushroom cocktail is a great savory choice!

This Magic Mushroom is a great savory cocktail, and has a great mix of dill tincture and truffle olive oil. A plain base of vodka, a mix of amaro for the herbal flavor and lemon juice for the acid, we added dill tincture for more herbal notes, and then the truffle olive oil. The olive oil is such an interesting mix in the cocktail, and gives a fantastic mouthfeel to the drink. Cheers to this savory cocktail, a great olive oil cocktail!
