    Cocktails we featured on June 23


    Old Fashioned

    • 2 oz bourbon
    • .25 oz simple syrup of your choice
    • bitters

    Build in glass with ice ball, stir. Garnish with cherry and orange peel.




    • 2 oz gin
    • 1 oz lime juice
    • 3/4 oz simple syrup
    • 5 mint sprigs/more for garnish

    Shake all together in a shaker with ice. Strain into glass. Garnish with mint.


    Southside Variation

    • 2 oz gin
    • .75 oz lime juice
    • .75 oz simple syrup
    • egg white
    • Angostura bitters
    • 5 mint leaves

    Dry shake all ingredients with no ice. Add ice, shake again. Strain into glass, garnish with more mint.


    21st Century Cocktail

    • 2 oz blanco tequila
    • .75 oz white creme de cocoa
    • .75 oz lemon juice
    • 1 bar spoon agave syrup
    • 1 drop black pepper tincture

    Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with orange peel.
