Cocktails we featured on June 23
- 2 oz bourbon
- .25 oz simple syrup of your choice
Build in glass with ice ball, stir. Garnish with cherry and orange peel.
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 5 mint sprigs/more for garnish
Shake all together in a shaker with ice. Strain into glass. Garnish with mint.
- 2 oz gin
- .75 oz lime juice
- .75 oz simple syrup
- egg white
- Angostura bitters
- 5 mint leaves
Dry shake all ingredients with no ice. Add ice, shake again. Strain into glass, garnish with more mint.
21st Century Cocktail
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- .75 oz white creme de cocoa
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon agave syrup
- 1 drop black pepper tincture
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with orange peel.
